Our Policies

Tipping Policy

At Bright Mountain Bodywork, we consider massage therapy to be a form of preventative healthcare. Because of this, tipping is not expected or necessary. If you feel compelled to show additional appreciation, we kindly ask that gratuities not be added to credit card payments.

Pricing Policy

We are committed to paying our therapists fair, sustainable wages while keeping our services accessible. To help us meet both goals, we may make modest annual price adjustments in line with inflation and rising costs of living.

Cancellation Policy

We ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a full appointment fee, as that time cannot typically be rebooked on short notice. We appreciate your understanding and respect for our therapists’ time.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Additionally, any data collected through text messaging—including opt-in details and consent—will never be shared with outside parties.

Fair Wage Policy

At Bright Mountain Bodywork, we believe that quality care starts with respect—for both our clients and our therapists. We are proud to operate under a Fair Wage Commitment, ensuring that every therapist on our team is compensated fairly and sustainably for their time, skill, and dedication.

Why Fair Wages Matter

Massage therapy is a deeply personal and healing practice. Its effectiveness depends on the well-being and focus of the practitioner. When therapists are supported with fair pay and a respectful work environment, they can bring their full presence to each session—resulting in more attentive care, deeper trust, and lasting wellness for our clients.

Beyond the Treatment Room

Fair wages aren’t just about work—they’re about life. When therapists are able to lead successful, less stressful lives, they can better support their families, pursue personal growth, and contribute to the health of their communities. We believe that strong therapists help build strong families and healthier communities.

Our Commitment Includes:

  • Transparent and competitive compensation

  • A supportive, respectful workplace

  • Scheduling practices that prioritize balance

  • Opportunities for continuing education and growth

When you choose Bright Mountain Bodywork, you're helping build a sustainable model for care—one that values people first.
